THE BRIEF

Develop packaging strategy for the internationalization of Pandoro (the most famous Italian sweet cake)

THE PRODUCT

Pandoro is a star-shaped, simple, sweet and extremely soft cake. Made with a simple recipe of​ 4 ingredients: eggs, flour, sugar and butter.

 

It is not frivolous, it was meant to be this way:

Simple to the core.

 

THE BRAND

Bauli's and Pandoro as a brand are not trying to sell an idealized version of reality but instead remain steadfastly focused on family life as it really is: people cry, children behave badly, people are tired but still happy and try to make the best of their lives.

THE STRATEGY
 

Pandoro is a stage

for people to play upon.

 

We created a package that invites consumers to mix Pandoro with their creativity and create delicious dishes with the toppings they love.

1) Interactive: Invite people to see and touch it at the point of sale.

2) Playful: Let people have some fun with it, even before buying

3) Open Horizons & Perspectives: Use the packaging to invite people to mix Pandoro with their creativity.
